Hong Kong Audit & Assurance Service
Annual audit services
An annual audit is a comprehensive assessment of a company’s or group’s financial statements by a certified public accountant to determine whether they meet generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) requirements. This process not only helps to improve the transparency of financial reporting, but also strengthens the confidence of investors and stakeholders in the financial health of the company.
According to the relevant accounts and auditing requirements under Part 9 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all Hong Kong limited companies and listed companies are required to maintain complete accounting records and prepare annual financial statements, as well as reports of directors and auditors. Therefore, it is imperative that these companies appoint a qualified Hong Kong certified public accountant to conduct an audit to ensure the reliability of their financial statements.
Pursuant to section 431 of the Companies Ordinance, a company is required to send to each member a copy of the financial year’s report documents, including financial statements, directors’ reports and auditor’s report on the financial statements, within 9 months from the end of the year. In addition, the auditor’s report also needs to be submitted to the Inland Revenue Department together with the tax form to ensure tax compliance.
Our professional team will provide an in-depth audit opinion on your company’s financial statements and accounting records to verify their authenticity and fairness. If management or internal control issues are identified during the audit, we will make specific recommendations on these issues and may issue detailed management recommendations to report material issues to your company’s management and provide improvement plans to enhance corporate governance.

Internal Audit
Internal audit is not a legal requirement, but its main objective is to conduct an in-depth review of all aspects of an organization’s operations, including internal management, marketing planning, operational risks, work processes, product quality, and the company’s operating environment. Through these audit and assurance processes, companies are able to effectively identify problems and improve them, thereby improving operational efficiency and performance.
Special Project Audits
If your company needs to conduct audits for specific projects to achieve different management objectives and needs, or want to provide a more reliable basis for investors’ decision-making, you can consider hiring a professional accountant with professional knowledge and skills to conduct a detailed audit for a special project and issue an authoritative audit report based on the audit results. These reports not only help to increase the company’s control over internal management, but also increase the company’s trust in the minds of investors.
