Wilson Accounting Limited
Hong KongStatutory Audit Services
Statutory audit services are mandatory audits that are required by law, such as the audit of a Chinese certified public accountant that must be completed annually by a foreign-invested enterprise or listed company. According to the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong is required to appoint a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising) to conduct an audit of its accounts on an annual basis. Auditors review income statements, balance sheets and related notes in accordance with auditing standards, and assess whether the accounting system of the enterprise is in line with generally accepted accounting principles and the effectiveness of these standards in practice.
Glorious Chen’s statutory audit team provides comprehensive statutory audit service reports under the principle of independence, and issues professional opinions on the authenticity, fairness and consistency of accounting treatment of corporate financial statements and accounting records. If necessary, we will issue management proposals, report material issues to the client’s management, propose improvement plans, and provide recommendations to improve the level of governance.
