It even allows new users to view some of your personal information, business data, content, and other products and services. For example, you can invite a new director to access your company profile. Please note that when you invite new users to your company profile, we are required to conduct due diligence in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we will not be liable if your personal data is used by unauthorized persons whom you have invited into the Wilison C.P.A. Limited app.
7. Waiver
Personal data transferred or disclosed by us for the purpose of conducting due diligence in connection with the proposed business transaction are not subject to the requirements of the Data Protection Principles (DDP3) (section 63B of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486)).
